Cancellation conditions

  • Cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation of a reservation of accommodation services made between the customer of the accommodation services and the landlord (= hotel operator).
  • The cancellation fee is calculated from the total amount of the order.
  • The cancellation fee represents compensation for damage caused to the landlord.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the reservation is canceled 21 days before arrival, 10% of the total price of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • If the reservation is canceled 14 days before arrival, 30% of the total price of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • If the reservation is canceled 2-3 days before arrival, 50% of the total price of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee
  • If the reservation is canceled 1 day before arrival, 100% of the total price of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

SPECIAL PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS DURING SELECTED EVENTS

During selected events, the Hotel reserves the right to set individual payment and cancellation terms. In such cases, prepayment of 100% of the reservation price may be required. This payment is non-refundable, meaning that in the event of cancellation by the guest, there is no entitlement to a refund, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

The Guest is informed of the application of these special terms during booking – these dates are clearly marked with the abbreviation “NONREF” (non-refundable reservation) in the room description. This label clearly alerts the Guest to the different cancellation policy.

In case of non-payment of the deposit, from which the cancellation fees could be deducted, the landlord has the right to send the customer an invoice in the amount of cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation for serious reasons, a change of date is possible by mutual agreement.

Final Provisions

  • These conditions are valid and effective from 2o. May 2020.
  • The cancellation policy applies to orders made via the booking form, by email and by phone.
  • Cancellation conditions only apply to confirmed written orders (e-mail).
